2026 – Founded 3rd Startup – JDR Commercial Real Estate ( Where Clients Come First! )
2023 – 2025 Crabill & Co Licensed Associate Broker
2014 – 2023 Crabill & Co Licensed Real Estate Sales Person ( ~ 146 lease & sales deals completed in about 140 months, ~2014-2026 w/plenty of credit to Ben Crabill.
2010 – 2013 Sabbatical Years – Finally started to help Diane a little more with our 4 kids, HS, colleges, and a lot of sports.
1986 – 2010 Founded 2nd Startup; Brickscape, purchased industrial buildings, then sold property & some business goodwill; Northville Michigan
1983 Purchased a small commercial multi-tenant building & managed it while away at college, while continuing to mow lawns etc. & began to install paver walks and patios and driveways.
1982-1986 Albion College BS Physics & Math
1977 Began to mow lawns ~ 14 yrs old, learned how to work from my father, played sports, graduated Dearborn High 1982, met & then married HS sweetheart, and a very proud son of Italian immigrants.
